The location was perfect, especially when it was snowing. The peaceful and quiet surroundings made for a relaxing stay. The staff tried to be kind and helpful, even though they could have been more prepared to receive English speaking guests.
The timings for breakfast and dinner could have been a little more flexible.

I had a fantastic stay at Splendor Resort! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ropeway. The villa I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a big living room and comfortable beds. The hot water in the shower was consistent and the heat distribution throughout the villa was great. The staff were friendly and responsive, quickly providing us with the kitchen utensils we needed. The value for the money was excellent, especially with the included breakfast and dinner options. The variety of meals offered, like trout for dinner and French toast for breakfast, was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Tsaghkadzor.

The cabins' location is perfect, near the monastery and ski area. One-bedroom cabin is ideal for a family of 4. Christmas visit was lovely with snow. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Reception staff provided great customer service, arranged extra heater and bedsheet. The people at the resort, including the admin and guide, were helpful and knowledgeable about Armenian culture and food.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the middle of the main attractions and the cable car, making it convenient for activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful service throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and complete toiletries. Additionally, the resort had recreational facilities such as billiards and table tennis for entertainment.
The food served in the restaurant did not meet our expectations in terms of quantity and quality. Additionally, the limited availability of a working phone and the restricted reception hours at the hotel were inconvenient.
